PANDANGAN FIQH MUAMALAH TERHADAP KENAIKAN HARGA MAKANAN DI OBJEK WISATA PANTAI PANJANG BENGKULU

Abstract. The increase in prices and high profit taking in a tourist attraction is not something strange or foreign to the community now, even by some people it is considered something natural. Something that is considered reasonable by some people is not necessarily justified by Islam. Islam strongly emphasizes the value of justice in every aspect of human life. Therefore, it is natural that justice is also realized in market activities, especially prices. The Prophet appealed for the sale and purchase agreement, prices adjusted to those in force in the market. This study seeks to examine what are the factors causing the increase in food prices at the Bengkulu beach tourism object, how the profit / profit calculation at Long Bengkulu beach attractions, and how the muqalah fiqh view towards raising food prices at the Long Bengkulu beach attraction. The author uses a descriptive analysis approach, trying to provide a clear, deep, systematic, and factual picture. Based on the results of the study found factors causing the increase in food prices in Long Bengkulu beach attractions is due to the cost of maintenance of the cottage / shop and the assumption of traders to the location of the tourist attraction is different from other places. The mechanism of raising food prices at the Long Bengkulu beach attraction is not influenced by demand and supply factors. The raising is too high and the lowering of prices for local consumers is not justified because it is not in accordance with the principles of muamalah in Islam. Rasulullah SAW recommends that every trader in running his business always adheres to commendable qualities, this is not only beneficial for his business, but also has religious consequences. In this regard, the authors also suggest that traders should make a list of food prices so that consumers can know the price before making a purchase. This is to avoid the disappointment of consumers which results in the absence of mutual pleasure in buying and selling.
