Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the collaboration strategy between Masjid Al-Barr and Bait Zakat in the Jumat Berkah program in Bengkulu, which includes communication and coordination strategies, ZISWAF fundraising, transparency and accountability in fund management, and community empowerment. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that the collaboration has been carried out effectively through intensive formal and informal communication, the use of digital media, and the synergy of roles between the mosque as the center for mobilizing congregants and Bait Zakat as the fund manager. Fundraising is conducted using a hybrid method that combines traditional and digital approaches, while transparency and accountability are implemented through open reports and activity documentation that strengthen public trust. This program not only focuses on consumptive assistance but also aims to empower the community socially. In conclusion, the collaboration between Masjid Al-Barr and Bait Zakat serves as an example of effective institutional synergy in managing religious social funds and generating positive economic, social, and spiritual impacts for the community.
