The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the banking system in Indonesia, including Islamic banking. The advent of digital banking has encouraged Islamic banks to transform their services through the use of mobile banking, internet banking, electronic transactions, and the integration of financial technology (fintech). This transformation not only impacts operational aspects but also raises new legal issues related to the validity of electronic contracts, personal data protection, digital transaction security, and legal certainty in the implementation of Islamic principles. This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic banking law in the digital banking era in Indonesia and identify the legal challenges that arise in its implementation. The research method used is normative legal research with both statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that Islamic banking regulations need to adapt to developments in digital technology to provide legal protection and legal certainty to the public. Furthermore, Islamic supervision and regulatory harmonization between banking law, information technology law, and Islamic principles are crucial in supporting the development of Islamic digital banking that is safe, effective, and in accordance with Islamic legal values.
