Moral and religious development is an important aspect in early childhood education that needs to be instilled from an early age through habituation and role models. This study aims to describe the moral and religious development of early childhood at RA Baitus Sholihin Al-Mustofa, Bengkulu City. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach conducted in natural conditions. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that children's moral development is implemented through positive behavioral habits such as greeting, saying please, sorry, excuse me, and thank you. Meanwhile, religious development is developed through routine religious activities such as dhuha prayer, reading Iqra', memorizing daily prayers, reading short surahs, as well as methods of telling stories about the prophets and teacher role models. The school environment, consistent habituation, and teacher role models have a significant influence on the formation of children's morals and religion. Thus, the implementation of habituation activities on an ongoing basis has proven effective in stimulating the moral and religious development of early childhood at RA Baitus Sholihin Al-Mustofa, Bengkulu City.
